Citrus Thyme Gin Iced Tea

This recipe is truly tantalizing and surprisingly flexible. It is so easy to make that you can just make it your own. This recipe serves up to 6 and only takes about 10 minutes to prepare. We definitely suggest that you use one of our premium gins made in our very own gin distillery in Melbourne too. To make this you will need:

- 1l of boiling water

- 4 iced tea brew tea bags

- 38g of fresh thyme

- 1 tablespoon of orange juice

- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons of lime juice

- 180ml of a Brogans Way gin of your choice

Step 1 - Bring the 4 cups of boiling water to boil in a pot.

Step 2 - Once boiling, add the 4 iced tea brew teabags and the thyme to the water and let it brew for 5 minutes.

Step 3 - Stir in the remaining orange, lemon, and lime juice, along with your chosen premium gin, and chill until ready to serve.

Step 4 - Serve in some ice-filled glasses and sweeten or dilute as you feel necessary.

Peach Gin Iced Tea

Australian summers are notoriously hot, so we rely on cold and refreshing drinks that help us forget the heat for a minute. This is why we love this peach iced tea recipe. Peach Iced Tea is already a great option for a cool down, but with a shot of premium gin in the mix, the drink becomes a party in your mouth. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare and also serves 6. To make this you will need:

- 300ml of premium gin

- 6 black tea teabags

- 600ml of water

- 120ml of peach syrup

- 3 lemons

- 3 peaches

- Mint as garnish

- Ice cubes

Step 1 - Bring the 300ml of water to a boil and add the 6 black tea teabags.

Step 2 - Brew the black tea and let it cool. In the meantime, cut the peaches into quarters and set them aside.

Step 3 - Pour the tea into a glass filled with ice cubes

Step 4 - Add the premium gin, lemon juice, and peach syrup and stir well with a bar spoon.

Step 5 - Garnish with mint leaves and serve cold.
